Despatch & Delivery

At Swedish Goodies we always strive to despatch your order by the next business day!

However there there are a few instances when your despatch may be delayed a little further. If delays happen we will communicate either by email or sms when possible. These factors may cause despatch delays: Orders containing refrigerated products, out of stock products, communication with customer required, busy periods and events, stock take days. If your order is extra urgent, please let us know so we can do our best to fulfil your requirements.

National Delivery

eParcel (3-5 business days)

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times are usually 3-5 business days from the time of order. Whilst most domestic orders are received within 3-5 days, please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery, depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

eParcel Express (1-2 business days)

Express delivery times are usually 1-2 business days from time of order. Whilst most express orders are received within 1-2 days, please allow up to 5 business days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.

Please note: All orders are sent from Gold Coast, Australia.  During busy periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage. To find out more about postage to your state, click here

International Delivery

New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, China, Japan

Express Courier International 2-4 days (fully trackable)

 

 

Delivery Charges

Charges are calculated based on the weight / size and destination of each order. The best way to find out charges is to simply add all the items you are after to the cart and then use the quote form on the cart page to calculate charges and options. If you are concerned with the charges or need clarification please contact us so we can confirm all is correct.

 

Track & Trace

We send all orders with Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express. International orders (New Zealand, USA, Canada, China, Singapore and Japan only) are sent with Express Courier International. All these services are FULLY TRACKABLE from either www.auspost.com.au or Auspost mobile app (highly recommended!). You will receive tracking information directly from Australia Post when your order has been despatched and scanned.
