Please call us on 0490 127 007 anytime suitable. If we are unable to take your call, simply leave a voice mail, send us a sms or an email to info@swedishgoodies.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as we are available to process phone orders.

I don't want to provide my credit card details online.
Shopping online with Swedish Goodies is safe and secure, however we completely understand if you prefer to process your transaction offline. Simply give us a call 0490 127 007 and we will gladly help you! You can also copy and paste (or print and scan) your shopping cart list and email it to us: info@swedishgoodies.com.au .

Secure shopping & SSL
Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL* technology, so you can rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information via email.

Out of stock items.
We try our very best to keep our stock count online as accurate as possible, however occasionally we may be out of stock of items you may have ordered. We will then contact you via email or/and SMS to let your re-select or opt for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges.
For faulty products or products not living up to your expectations please contact us within 7 days of arrival of goods and we will do our very best to find a suitable solution for your individual case.

Refrigerated items.
For your convenience we do offer some refrigerated stock online. But please note that we cannot guarantee any deliveries containing cold stock. You will be asked to accept a disclaimer if ordering this type of stock. We always recommend express post since it is the fastest, but even with this speedy service delivery to some more remote post codes may take up to 5-6 days. If you have ordered refrigerated items, we may hold the despatch of your order until the next Monday/Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. We will pack these items with some gel ice packs, plastic bags and butcher paper to protect these more sensitive items best possible. If you are unsure about ordering, feel free to ask us any questions before.

Click & Collect only items.
We have a few product listings online that are available for Click & Collect or Local Manual Delivery (Gold Coast Only). This is since they simply aren’t suitable to send by post.

How do I know my order status.
If you have an account on www.swedishgoodies.com.au you can login and check your order status in the “My Account” section.
Statuses
PENDING – we are still awaiting your payment.
PROCESSING – we are packing and preparing your order.
ON HOLD – your order is on hold, please check your messages for more information (email / voicemail / sms).
COMPLETE – your order has been despatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We send orders to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, China and Japan.
We have recently started to send orders internationally. If your country isn’t listed here and you think it should be, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Delivery Charges.
Charges are calculated based on the weight / size and destination of each order. The best way to find out charges is to simply add all the items you are after to the cart and then use the quote form on the cart page to calculate charges and options. If you are concerned with the charges or need clarification please contact us so we can confirm all is correct.

Track & Trace.
We send all orders with Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express. International orders (New Zealand, USA, Canada, China, Singapore and Japan only) are sent with Express Courier International. All these services are FULLY TRACKABLE from either www.auspost.com.au or Auspost mobile app (highly recommended!). You will receive tracking information directly from Australia Post when your order has been despatched and scanned.

Click & Collect
We don’t have a brick and mortar store, but you can order online and pick up in Robina (Gold Coast) per appointment. We also offer click & collect at pop up shops and any events we are attending.
